As a longtime coach of the Ashland University Lady Eagles basketball team, she has stamped her mark on college basketball as a winner, a leader, and a motivational force. She has won championships, developed leaders who have won championships, and coached players who have excelled beyond the norm. Now, she turns her talents to helping business leaders learn from her success.
